How long does delivery take?
As a dropshipping store, your order is dispatched directly from our supplier to your door. Estimated delivery times are:
- South Africa: 10–20 business days
- International: 15–30 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or courier delays. We appreciate your patience!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to 200+ countries worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–7 days for tracking to update in the system.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders are sent to our supplier quickly after placement. Please contact us immediately via our Contact page if you need changes — we'll do our best to help before dispatch.

What is your return policy?
We offer refunds within 14 days of delivery for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. As a dropshipping store, you generally do not need to return the item — we resolve issues directly with our supplier on your behalf.
How do I request a refund?
Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and a photo of the item. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.

How do I find my size?

Are your products good quality?
All products in our catalog are sourced from vetted suppliers and are quality-checked at the supplier level before dispatch. If you receive anything that doesn't meet your expectations, contact us and we'll make it right.
What if an item I ordered is unavailable?
In the rare event a supplier is out of stock after your order is placed, we'll notify you immediately and offer a full refund or an alternative product.
